Cleta Frederiksen Vice President, Senior Consultant - with a background in network management and provider contracting this gives employer’s and employees an experienced advocate for resolving claims and provider issues. Benefit design is a skill that has been learned over years of working with major insurance carrier clients and large employers.

Patricia M. Brown, Broker – Patty brings to WSP experience with Benefit and Employer Programs gained from years of working with San Diego Employers. Her knowledge of what San Diego Employers and their Employees want in a Benefit Program is an invaluable asset to both WSP and our Clients. Scott and Cleta have both worked with Patty in the passed and look forward to her participation and contribution to WSP’s team.

Karen Hadley Broker, Consultant – A recent convert to the field of employee benefits she brings a need entrepreneurial spirit to the team. The term recent is only in contrast to the number of years Scott and Cleta have been in the industry. Karen has been in the field since 2004 when she started Prava Insurance Services.

Beginning her career in sales as an independent agent; specializing in life, health and disability insurance.
